Eat, Write, Love

Allegra Goodman
Yotam Ottolenghi
Charlotte Mendelson

Recipe for a delectable and stimulating talk: take an award-winning novelist and a fabulous cookbook writer. Add a flavour of Jane Austen, equal doses of intelligence, humour and sensibility. Sprinkle with business acumen, passion and sympathy. Let the audience add their pinch of salt. To be consumed and enjoyed immediately.

Allegra Goodman’s first book was published on the day she graduated magna cum laude from Harvard. The New Yorker features many of her short stories. The Cookbook Collector is her sixth novel.

Yotam Ottolenghi left academia and journalism in Israel to become a London chef. With his Palestinian partner, Sami Tamimi, he is founder of several gastronomic shops/restaurants and author of two cookbooks.

Charlotte Mendelson is a novelist and editor.  Her work has been shortlisted for the Orange Broadband Prize for Fiction. She has been named one of Waterstone’s 25 Authors for the Future.
