Frédéric Brenner: Israel through 12 Lenses
One country: 12 different worlds. For the first time in the UK, Frédéric Brenner presents his astonishing 12-monograph project of capturing Israel and the West Bank as place and metaphor through the lenses of 12 of the world’s most acclaimed photographers, including Josef Koudelka, Stephen Shore, Thomas Struth, Jeff Wall and Nick Waplington. The result is 12 penetrating and provocative views, alive to all the rifts and paradoxes of this important and much contested space.
