Memoir Writing : Getting Started, Keeping Going
“I’ve started my memoirs three times but I always give up.”
“I don’t know where to begin.”
This workshop provided a toolkit for writing your memoirs, whether for the grandchildren, or for publication. Using examples of printed texts and lots of juicy ideas, Miriam Halahmy lead us into the art of getting started and keeping going. There were writing exercises during the session and feedback was given for those bold enough to share their work aloud.
