Beverley Lester

Beverley Lester is an integrative psychotherapist in private practice. She teaches, mentors and facilitates groups, and supervises trainee and qualified therapists. Beverley has a particular interest in trans-generational trauma. We Were The Newmans is her first novel.

Daniel Finkelstein

Daniel Finkelstein is a columnist and Associate Editor of The Times. Before joining the paper in 2001 he was adviser to both Prime Minister John Major and Conservative leader William Hague, and he has advised many other prominent Conservative party ministers. He was made a life peer in 2013. Daniel is Alfred Wiener’s grandson.
