David Maine

David Maine was born in 1963 and grew up in Connecticut. He worked in the mental health systems of Massachusetts and Arizona. He taught English in Morocco from 1995 to 1998, and has lived un Pakistan since then. He resides in Lahore with his wife, novelist Uzma Aslam Khan. Inspired by the Bible

David Maine conveyed Cain’s anguish in the beautiful Fallen and Noah’s wife and children’s dismay in the humorous Flood. The Genizah at the House of Shepher is Tamar Yellin’s thriller about a missing biblical codex and the search for the true text of the Bible. They spoke about finding their inspiration in the sacred text.
